Notes on this data

Scope & sources. This menu is compiled from service inventories submitted by each KCSOS division. LRSSS rows are drawn from the LRSSS Menu of Services workbook (SEAS, SDLS, CCP). C&I rows are drawn from the C&I DA Universal, Targeted, and Specialized Supports workbook, organized into STEAM and Humanities & Multilingual program areas.

What counts as a service. A "service" is any discrete support offering identified by a division as available to Kern LEAs. Units of analysis vary by program area — some services are single engagements (e.g., a 2-day workshop), others represent ongoing networks, cohorts, or coaching cycles. Granularity reflects how each program area chooses to describe its own work.

Tier classification. Services may be available at multiple tiers. A service marked Universal & Specialized is offered free through standing regional programming and is also available for tailored, site-based delivery on a fee-for-service basis. Targeted TA under EC 47607.3 / 52071 is embedded across divisions and surfaced where applicable.

State Priority tagging. Priority codes map to the California LCFF State Priorities (SP 1–8, 10). Where services operate across multiple priorities, all applicable codes are shown on the service card.

Methodology note. Service characterizations (tier, priority, modality) reflect submissions received from the submitting divisions. Refinements to classifications or descriptions should be routed through the originating division lead.
